announcement playback for secure (SRTP) call

In reference to this thread:

There is stated that announcement replay is not possible with SIPREC and SRTP.

Are those restrictions valid and is there any way to overcome this?

We are setting up a secure-call network and need to indicate to both parties that a secure channel with SRTP is set up.

For that, we would need to:

- check that inbound trunk is secure

- check that outbound trunk is secure

Note: As it is possible that a call coming from a secure trunk leaves over a standard SIP/RTP trunk, we need to check and play the announcement ONLY if both trunks (incoming and outgoing) are connected on Oracle SBC with TLS/SRTP.
