Requisition Approval - Requisition Alerts not showing

Hi all!

We are running into an issue with the Requisition Alerts not showing up on the Requisition Approval page.  We are attempting to test a Bud Ref alert, and changing the bud ref to 2017.  Has anyone else run into this issue?  The PO Approval Alerts are displaying.
