Patching the DB - ODA 18.7

Hi

We have a slight confusion about the database patching on the ODA

We recently updated our ODA X7 with 18.7 patch

We downloaded the the 18.7 patch (first 2 files only) and applied the patch

This is before we added the patch to the ODA Repository
