Huge Application Start Performance Improvement 19.10?

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this.

Testing 19.10 and thought something was wrong since CPU did not go to 100% when I started Siebel. Looks like they made a huge improvement into what gets read when the application starts up.

Here is what gets read in 19.10
