Hi All,

I get this error mentioned below when completing the credit memo transaction. What could be the possible issue/any setups that needs to be taken care of.

Please advise.

Error : ORA-20001: APP-AR-11477: The exchange rate must be entered for foreign currency transactions. in Package AR_TRANSACTION_GRP Procedure COMPLETE_TRANSACTION
