Shortcut Link Sent in an Email for Workflow Messages

Hello,

The shortcut link sent in email is not correct (http://server1:7777/jde), because when we configured the system firstly (JAVA server in P9654A) we define the port for HTTP server as 7777, and then we used F5 load Balancer with different URL link and port. What is recommended way to configure the system to see the URL for each environment and what is the effect will be happened on other side?
