UnMask bank account number for specific user or specific responsibility

Hi,

I am on Oracle R12.2.7 and the business is asking for the following:

Right now, bank accounts number are masked in CM,AP,AR. Oracle provided an profile option to unmask the bank account number

Problem is : all users with AP,AR,CM responsiblities can now view the bank account number if I unmask it

I am looking for an solution to unmask the bank account number for specific users or specific responsiblities only
