How to lock Oracle user account when Active Directory account is deleted?

I've been asked to set up an automatic procedure to lock an oracle user's account when their Windows active directory account is deleted.  Has anyone had any experience doing this?  Is there something Oracle already has set up that I can read up on to help me understand what would be involved?  We are currently using Oracle 11g with about 250 users over 6 databases including production, development, and QA.  My experience is with Oracle, but very little with Windows.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
