Create new VM hung

Hi All,  Create new VM gets hung while adding new disks from storage repository,  create new disks getting timeout.   create VM from template also hung.  After restart agent, seems VM disks (new disks from Template) created from backend but no VM created.  Version:Server 3.4.4 and Manager 3.4.4
