wsh_delivery_details_pub.split_line api returning error

wsh_delivery_details_pub.split_line api returning error

"Error: The secondary quantity to split should be less than the secondary quantity requested or picked".

This is happening randomly on one or two ISO lines only. Other lines for the same item and order are getting split correctly. Error is coming only for specific line and couldn't replicate into test instance as well.

Any inputs will be highly helpful. Thanks in advance.
