When i try to select the bill-to customer in transaction window under AR Transaction->Transaction, we getting below error.

FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502

I tried to follow the metalink note 'Transactions Workbench: Customer Name Selected in Transaction Window Error - FRM-40735 ORA-01403 ORA-06502 (Doc ID 1547507.1)' , but issue is not related to this as the total bytes of concatenated column is only 40 bytes.
