How to replace the nodes of a cluster in Oracle 11gr2

We have a cluster of 4 nodes with SO LINUX 6.6 and oracle 11gR2 and we want to replace the nodes with 3 new nodes with SO LINUX 7.0 and oracle 11gR2, which strategy do you recommend with 0 loss of service time or as little as possible, there is DB in Oracle RAC and DB in RAC One Node
