KeyStroke and Truststore for our new SIebel IP109 environment

Hello,

We are setting up a new environment for Siebel 19.7 and currently installing 17.0. It has a step to enter the keystroke and truststore.

We currently have 2016 but this is new environment where we are setting up everything. It has new servers and a copy of 2016 database. Now my question is, do we need to generate self signed keystroke and truststore (Ref:https://community.oracle.com/thread/4070233) or we need to have some reference or files from current 2016 environment? Our Dev environment is up and running on 2016.
