How is Address Book "full legal name" entered and stored?

In October 2017, Oracle announced some new functionality for E1 in http://www.oracle.com/us/products/applications/jd-edwards-enterpriseone/jde-ga-10-17-3961047.pdf including:

Address Book Legal Entity

Address Book has been enhanced to give customers the ability to enter the full legal name for any person, company or other entity in the Address Book which, in some cases, can exceed the standard Address Book name field length.

Sounds great, but I'm struggling to find details about this functionality in MOS and LearnJDE.com and the 9.2 Address Book Implementation Guide,

Could someone please point me to the documentation which shows how is this entered and stored?
