Question about Careers keyword search box and adding suggestions functionality like other jobs sites

Does anyone know if you can add suggestions to the keyword search box on Careers/Job Search page that will display below as the applicant types? Every job site that I have seen has this feature and its much more usable than having to add in symbols and quotes. We are on PeopleSoft 9.2, PT 8.56. I'm not sure what Elastic Search version we are on but if you know of a version it is included in that would be very helpful to know as well.

The tags field on this Start a discussion form has this very feature.
