How to add the Duplicate icon to an application (Work With Requisitions)?

Our HR staff requested to have the duplicate icon added on the Work With Requisitions application so that they can copy similar requisitions and save time on data entry.

Can you provide steps to take or direct me to documentation on modifying the form to add duplicate option?  Are the any pros/cons in adding the duplicate icon on the application?
