Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I just have a general question about this announcement - Doc ID 2580629.1

We currently run EBS 12.1.3 on Linux on premise, non-rac and non-multitenant environment and although I'm glad to see there

is finally suport for database level beyond 12.1.0.2 I see it requires multitentant.

I'm not against multitentant, especially now that Oracle has relaxed the pdb options (just means we need to implement it) but I just wonder

what or if there are any benefits to it that I should be thinking about with respect to EBS? Or is it just this is the direction Oracle is going

so we want all our databases to be configured that way?
