EM17 on Create Accounting - Cost Management

Every single journal record on our Create Accounting - Cost Management request was in a status of EM17. The records are not shown in our GL_INTERFACE table and cannot be corrected/reimported. It's like the 880 records have completely disappeared. This has never happened before in our production environment. We have cloned our production environment into our STG tier and have gotten this error. Please advise as to what can be done? This is a rush issue as we are setting up a new company and want to make sure this isn't an issue going into go live. I referenced
