business date mismatch between Xstore , Xcenter

Community - I have a weird issue -  The BD for a transaction  Xstore shows 2019-11-03 00:00 but the same trans SEQ on Xcenter , replication shows as  2019-11-02 22:00:00 . It was my understanding working from V7 that replication process doesn't change anything while inserting data to Trans table and i'm quite stumped why replication data has timestamp that shows 2019-11-02 22:00:00 . All the transaction today is flowing through fine just yesterday (2019-11-03) all has BD of 2019-11-02 22:00:00 . Not sure where it's finding 22:00:00

any thought ?  Thanks in advance for your help
