How to Pass Default value to COA -R12.1.3

Good Morning..

We have 7 segments on COA -  Like  Company, Location, Department, Cost Center,  account,  Future (not used).

Every time user  enter journals - they need to key in all the values -Min  & Max  by manually  . As we know all the MIN and MAX  values - we need to pass default values , then if want  use can change.

Please guide us to achieve  this.
