Flow Manufacturing Workstation "View ECO" not working when ECOs exist for items on Flow Schedule

in Discrete Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC) Question

Flow Manufacturing Workstation "View ECO" not working when ECOs exist for items on Flow Schedule. 

The "View ECO" button is greyed out even when ECOs exist for components on the Flow Schedule.  Has anyone experience this issue and know of a way to resolve?
