Problem with ODA X7-2M 18.7 Patch - ILOM and BIOS not updated

I've just completed patching an ODA X7-2M from 18.5 to 18.7.

The patching process went through smoothly with no problems however when I check component versions the ILOM and BIOS are not at the latest level.
