Can anyone tell me what Price Adjustment Schedule 1 do in relation to a PO?

We've started getting "Warning. Price On Line 1, Schedule 1 Does Not Balance To Sum Of Value Adjustments" (Doc ID 1910350.1)" every time we do a change order, and we'd like to turn off the Warning, but we aren't sure what else we impact.
