How to update the actual_finish_date of a project?

Hi,

The actual_finish_date for our project is disabled from editing. Which API can I use to update just the actual_finish_date? I tried using the PA_PROJECT_PUB.UPDATE_PROJECT API but I wasn't successful. Any ideas?
