Has anyone succeeded doing a "Build and Deploy EP_EX_REPORT Elasticsearch"?

We are getting zero results in running Build and Deploy EP_EX_REPORT Elasticsearch.  We're trying build the index for the last 365 days.  It uses the Connected Query EX_SRCH_HDR_LINE_CQ.  I ran each query in this connected query and each one runs fine.  We're running the delivered Search Definition EP_EX_REPORT except for the 365 days indexing.
