Can we default the filter of pivot grids under workforce insights for all users?

While rolling out the Workforce Insights to the HR Administrators of our organization we want to have a predefined set of filters for the pivot grids, so that by default all administrators have a similar view. They can later change their preferences accordingly as per their needs.
