Can we setup a Demand Time Fence for ATP based on Collected Data in R12?

EBS R12. We are calling the ATP API to obtain ATP quantity. We are using ATP based on Collected Data. We have a requirement to limit the Demand that is included in the ATP calculation to a specified number of days - e.g. we only want to include demand within 180 days. Any demand beyond the 180 days time fence should be ignored in the ATP calculation. How can this be done? Is there something in the ATP Rules that allow this? Or are there any user hooks available for this?
