Action security on GL accounts

Hello.

We have JDE Financials (GL, AP, AR).

Several years ago we put extra security (action security?) in the system so that certain general ledger accounts could not be accessed by anyone but the CFO and Controller.

Where would I go on the fat client to see what objects may have been modified with this special security as we now have a need to add another user to this list?
