loadmeasure to all domains

Why when i execute a loadmeasure some measures are loadead in all domains and other measures not ?

For example

I put the file (filename showed in the measure specs) in the domain input path

.....ldom_0112/input

In this case 2 files

prodsecurityusr.csv.ovr

sr0_intxupdtemp.csv.ovr

I run this commands but only the measure sr0_intxupdtemp is loaded in the 0112 ldom

loadmeasure -d $RPASCL_MASTER_DOMAIN -measure prodsecurityusr -loglevel all

loadmeasure -d $RPASCL_MASTER_DOMAIN -measure sr0_intxupdtemp -loglevel all
