Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to reschedule ISO

Hi Experts,

Can you please help to understand How to Schedule an ISO. i.e. How to Update Schedule Ship Date in an ISO.

System donot allow to update the SSD and throws a note in R12.

Any help in this would be highly appreciated.

Basically we want to understand How to handled the Change Order for ISO in terms of SSD, Qty, Request date, etc.
