Web Server Slowness at specific Times

Hi All,

We have observed  JDE production web server  application slowness twice recently.

We have not observed slowness in server operating system during this incident.

UBE's are processing normally. FAT client also works fine.

Non production web server JDE application response is good when we have slowness incident reported .

If we point non production instance to production it also works fine.

Both the issues are reported on Monday time range 8:30 PM CST to Tuesday 11:00 AM CST (date 4th Nov & 28Th Oct 2019)

Issue gets resolves by itself. How to troubleshoot this issue.

Tools 9.1.5

SQL 2008

Windows 2008

Weblogic 10.3.5
