Have upgraded ECC from V2 to V3 following instructions in Doc. 2495053.1

Appendix C: Upgrading Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework from Release 12.2 V2 to Release 12.2 V3

There is no mentioning of patch 30276526 in the Appendix for Upgrade but I am wondering if this patch is needed?

The patch is required for installing ECC V3 for cloning option and loadbalancing.

Please advise if supported to re-run option 5 of envSetup.sh (Integrate with EBS)

This step was already run when installing ECC V2.

The reason asking is because we have upgraded two instances from ECC V2 to V3, and have some errors only in the multi-webhost behind Loadbalancer.
