Prevent 0 quantity in SO

hi everyone,

We are looking for a way to prevent 0 quantity on a SO line. It seems that for non-stock items 0 quantity is acceptable by the system.

Or is there a way to create an order hold based on quantity?

we are running JDE 9.2
