Impact of applying the bug 29592046 in time administration

Hi All

We applied the fix for the bug 29592046 (Time Admin Timing Out On Newly Delivered SQL Code-Delete PS_EOAW_WL in PUM 29) during our upgrade to PUM 30. The bug caused another issue which is mentioned in the bug 29863062 (Missing SQL from Step 086 in Process TL_TA001000).We need to decide the impact of bug 29592046 fix on the time administration process before we apply bug 29863062 fix. We have a payroll next week and we need to decide if we need to apply bug 29863062 fix and what is the impact if we don't apply bug 29863062 fix.

Has anybody experienced this issue.
