Memory issues when running processes for a large volume of data

We have been getting memory issues when running processes for a large volume of data.  The errors may occur on distribute cost, create and distribute burden, generate draft revenue, or sometimes on all three.  The processes run fine when processing a week's worth of data, or even a month's worth.   When we change burden rates, and need to reprocess a year's worth of data, the processes crash with memory errors.

Server support tells us to open an SR to get patches for each process.

Oracle SRs tell us that if multiple jobs all get memory errors then the issue is on the server.
