Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to load response in Purchasing RFQ when eSupplier is not enabled

We are in FSCM 9.2 Image 29 and planning to implement the RFQ featue in Purchasing.

Have gone through the peoplebooks and need more information on Load Supplier responses to RFQ.

The peoplebook says "Load Inbound RFQ Responses Application Engine process (PO_RFQLOAD) to load RFQ responses.."

How can supplier load the FFQ response in peoplesoft. From where the app engine PO_RFQLOAD picks the data and load response

We have not enabled eSupplier in our system. Is it possible for supplier to load data without eSupplier enabled?

Can we do a file upload through this process which will load the data?
