Dual health insurance

How do you indicate that an employee has primary health insurance through another plan (their spouse, their parents, etc)?  Is there a way to add this to the self service benefits enrollment screen?  For instance, when an employee adds a dependent through self-service benefits, there is a question regarding supplemental health insurance. Is there a way to add a similar question when an employee selects insurance?
