How to raise new material request from existing work order in released status and received some of i

Hi,

We have scenario like some work orders are created and released for work. The material was received through the move order generated from WO. Now some users wants to request some more material even increase quantity of existing requested item or add new line for material in the work order. But whenever they are updating it, it should go to their department Manager for approval.


Please give your suggestion on it
