Unable to see the application release at certification tab for the release 9.2.4.0

Hi,

As I see on the update center, Oracle has been released components 9.2.4.0 and getting all required software at the update center however unable to see MTR at certification tab for each components.

So we are wondering that shall we go with new released  9.2.4.0 component or not?  Are you seeing any major issue for may be  that is reason the components are not getting at certification tab.  Could you please guide and help us on this?
