Issues while testing the new Oracle 12.2 "ONLINE Datafile MOVE" feature

Hi Folks,

I want to migrate datafiles of a large tablespace to another diskgroup. We use OMF and ASM.

I'm thinking about to take the benefit of the new "ALTER DATABASE MOVE DATAFILE" feature in 12c (we are running on 12.2, RAC and Oracle UEK 7.7).

Before doing this in production I've tested it in an test instance.

It has no ASM but OMF. To achive the aim of testing it with ASM diskgroups it should be sufficient I thought.

The test was a good idea, because it seems there  are two issues within that feature.

Here is what I've done:
