Is it possible to change UOM while taking receipt

Hi,

Is it possible to change the Trans UOM of purchase order while taking receipt, and will changes apply according to conversion factor ?

In item availability how system will reflect qty on hand, will it in Primary UOM or in trans UOM entered while OV.

Basically Purchase order will be in different UOM and OV in different UOM, is that possible.
