Multi_org_category - need to change if would like to run by org?

We have Late Charges Generate/Generate Late Charges (Child Program)/Late Charges Report - all are registered in EBS by default as Multi_Org_CATEGORY='Y'  . If we want to run it by the Organization separately - do we need to change this flag  Multi_Org_category to N?
