Backup Policy Inputs Required

We have a critical credit card Application Database for which we need to decide on the Backup Policy. We have The primary Database and standby Database in DC2 and DC3.

The standby DBs have been configured in Maximum protection mode.

This is the backup policy we have decided.Please suggest if this fine or any modifications are required.
