Health Care 125 & Supplemental Earnings

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

How does the Health Care 125 deductions work for Supplemental Earnings ?

We have a Shoe Allowance which is Supplemental Earnings (Catergory - Tax Only). When Shoe Allowance is processed in the Payroll run with Regular earnings, Health Care 125 deductions are coming of Supplemental Earnings.

Why does this happen ?
