Amendment to Increase Billing Limit Not Taking

9.2, PUM28, 8.56.  We are experiencing an intermittent issue where an amendment is processed to increase the billing limit on a cost reimbursable contract line, but the increase doesn’t take.  Example:

1. Contract line #1, Amendment increases both the Billing & Revenue Limits to $886,380.   The Fixed Billing Adjustment amounts are not entered as this is a cost reimbursable line.  Tables: ps_ca_chg_hdr, ps_CA_CHG_DTL
   
    
    
    
   

     2.   The Amendment Status showing Complete, but the billing limit for line #1 still shows the old value. Table: ps_ca_lmt_fee_dtl

Can anyone assist?
