How to create Fixed Asset from Service Procurement in EBS R12.2.6

Hi,

We are implementing Complex PO (Service Procurement) ans will mostly be using for Fixed rate services. As you know that for fixed rate services we don't need to enter a quantity and instead only need to enter the amount. Now the question is can we create Fixed Asset from such procurement? Or very generic question, whether we can create fixed asset for any kind of Complex PO?
