Unable to default customer po number based on order type in quote.

in Quoting - EBS (MOSC) Question

I'm trying to Default Customer PO number based on Order Type in Quote. But defaulting rule is not triggering when the expected Order type is entered .

Please note that Customer po is defaulting based on ORG.
