Any one encountered the following error after deploying July CPU 2019 and JavaVM patches?

Ora-29548: Java system class reported: release of Java system classes in the database (12.1.0.0.0.1.6) does not match that of the oracle executable (12.1.0.2.190716 1.6)

The Javavm component is invalid in dba_registry. I de-installed and re-installed the post-installation steps of the July 2019 CPU patches. Looking at so many solutions that is not working.

Please help someone out there....
