How to Update Email address on existing records?

As attached, I have the same issues as user 1547204 in October 2016. Same exact question for uploading email addresses, only I have 8,200 records. This issue was never resolved for them, and it appears that they used SQL. We would prefer to SQL into the Z-files. Can you assist with that process? or any other method for uploading email addresses to existing Address Book records?
