Aging 7 Buckets By Collector Report in R12.2.7

Good Day,

Please note the client recently upgraded Oracle from 11i (11.5.9) to R12 (12.2.7). When the client is trying to run the Aging 7 Buckets By Collector report, they have advised that the report is no longer showing the unapplied/on-account receipts as previously in 11i. So, they are unable to reconcile the instances. Can someone advise if the above Aging report in R12 no longer shows the unapplied/on-account receipts and if yes, is there an alternate aging report that will provide the above? Thanks
